Carol Ross
I grew up in the beautiful state of Maryland; although roots run deep, I now call North Carolina home. I enjoy painting, gardening, photography and travel, allowing these to inspire my art.
Although mostly self taught, I’ve had opportunities to take painting classes and experiment in different mediums. After many years of painting mostly in acrylic, I had a few friends invite me to paint with them in watercolors. It didn’t take long before I was hooked!
Art inspires everyone in different ways, it can bring to mind a special place, memory or emotion. If my art draws you in, stirring something special within you, it has done its work.
