Relocated to Washington, DC in 2000 and counties Graduate studies in The History of American Decorative Arts at Smithsonian Institution
2004/05 served as Guild President for the prestigious Potomac Craftsmen Guild including membership in the Guild’s Gallery in the world renowned Torpedo Factory Arts Center
